VICMDRZ Inc. Was founded by Juan — a Creative Director, Cinematographer, and Producer driven by storytelling that feels honest, intentional, and human.
Raised on the Central Coast, Juan’s work blends culture, emotion, and visual craft to create cinematic experiences that go beyond trends. His approach is hands-on and deeply collaborative, guiding each project from concept to completion with clarity, care, and purpose.
